Joyce Wong

Joyce has more than 20 years working experience in the Hospitality Industry, as well as rich experience in Event Management and Commercial Complex Management. Joyce started her hospitality career in 2005 with Sheraton Hong Kong, after graduating from the Glion Hotel School, Switzerland. At Sheraton Hong Kong, she was fully responsible for the Food & Beverage operation management function, including the whole line of culinary operation.

From 2010 to 2017, Joyce held the position Director of Operations in The Peninsula Shanghai Hotel where she oversaw the daily operation and led 10 departments with more than 300 team members.

 

 

Her breath of event management skill saw her launching many gala events successfully on the Bund for many luxury brands. Joyce is an excellent communicator and negotiator with the ability to provide a customized service for her clients.

Her past experience also covered the Real Estate Industry where she managed a commercial complex for King Wai Group, including planning, leasing, marketing and operation.
